MANAGING DIRECTOR – Mat Naughton

As Managing Director, Mat ensures ATCAIR maintains its high level of quality with his unique attention to detail and practical approach. He greatly values personal client relationships and views it as an integral part of the ATCAIR culture.

Mat has over 28 years’ experience in the Mechanical Industry with his previous roles specialising in the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Engineering and Sheetmetal fields.

As the owner of ATCAIR, Mat has built a team of highly-skilled, dedicated individuals who proudly present the business throughout Greater Sydney. Mat leads and encourages his team to push boundaries and go the extra mile for our clients.
